Steven Hadjilogiou commented on how taxpayers are reacting to the new GILTI provision. “Most of our clients make most of their money when they sell their businesses,” said Hadjilogiou at the Florida Bar Association International Tax Conference. “So it may not make sense to reduce GILTI now rather than minimizing the tax on the sale.”
