Lisa Linsky predicted that the EEOC will not back away from its position that protection for transgender workers falls within Title VII’s anti-discrimination provisions. “In the collective minds of the EEOC, this is a done deal. This is the law now,” Ms. Linsky said. “I certainly don’t see any reason or any indication that the EEOC would go backwards and reverse itself.”
