Legislation Languishes as Rural Hospitals Struggle

Eric Zimmerman predicted it is unlikely Congress will take major action this session to save rural hospitals threatened by funding cuts. He added that Congress will have trouble finding the funds for major reform or rolling back Affordable Care Act cuts.
