LGBTs Press U.S. Supreme Court to Support Immigrants’ Rights

James Kim was pro-bono co-counsel representing the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance (NQAPIA) in McDermott’s amicus brief for the Supreme Court’s U.S. v Texas case, which illustrated the immigration case’s effect on the LGBT community.
