NEW YORK (July 15, 2015) – McDermott partner Lisa A. Linsky was recognized as one of the 2015 “Fastcase 50” award winners. Annually, the “Fastcase 50” highlights entrepreneurs, innovators, and trailblazers: pioneers who are giving the world a first look at what’s next for law and technology.
Ms. Linsky was recognized for her 30-year history of advocating for diversity and inclusion, first as a special prosecutor dealing with child abuse and domestic violence cases, then as a litigator at McDermott. Fastcase also noted her work to promote diversity within McDermott. Finally, Ms. Linsky was cited for her advocacy work for marriage equality everywhere, including her work on the recent filing of an amicus brief in the Supreme Court’s Obergefell v. Hodges case.
