William Gaede (Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year, branded drugs) and Paul Radensky (Government Investigations Attorney of the Year) were among the finalists in their respective categories for the fifth annual LMG Life Sciences Awards, to be presented September 2017. McDermott’s life sciences practice is also a finalist for “Patent Strategy and Management Firm of the Year.”
