Daniel Alberti and Eric Hagen led a McDermott team that successfully represented a leading technology company in securing dismissal of patent infringement, trade secrets misappropriation and breach of contract claims after 14 years of litigation. Mr. Alberti said it was a “happy” day when the U.S. District Court in Manhattan handed down its ruling, adding that “the fact that a case could last 14 years, and produce this many tentacles that branched off, is remarkable.”
