LSI Urges Fed. Circ. To Toss ITC Patent Claim Decision

Paul Devinsky, Natalie Bennett, Christopher Bright, Christopher May and Joshua Rogaczewski represent several intervenors as parties in a long-running infringement dispute over alleged violations of standard-essential WiFi patents. The full International Trade Commission has affirmed an administrative law judge’s July 2013 finding that the accused articles weren’t proven to infringe the plaintiff’s asserted patent claims.
