Overview
In an interview during the INVEST conference, Kristian Werling discussed convergence in the health and life sciences industries, his experience as in-house counsel and his current role advising clients on M&A transactions. He explained how life sciences companies need to make choices, saying “…people in this day and age really focused on the specific area or specific benefit that the buyer/investor will take away from the acquisition or the investment.”
