Lowell Yoder, Timothy Shuman, Barry Quirke, Philip Levine and John Robert were noted as the McDermott special counsel team advising Coty on its $15 billion purchase of Procter & Gamble cosmetics lines. The purchase, announced in 2015, is now expected to close in October 2016.
