Overview
Joseph Winterscheid led the McDermott team that advised Mars Inc. on the antitrust aspects of its $2.9 billion purchase of Procter & Gamble’s pet food business. Other team members included antitrust partners William Diaz, Andrea Hamilton, Gregory Heltzer and Carla Hine. McDermott also successfully represented Mars in a recent antitrust pricing case.
