Overview
Stephen Ryan and McDermott were hired by the Martin County, Florida commissioners to represent them in a fight against All Aboard Florida, a private rail company’s express passenger train project. Mr. Ryan also represents Citizens Against Rail Expansion, or CARE, a coalition of other Florida residents opposed to All Aboard Florida’s project.
