Overview
Stephen Ryan’s experience fighting railroad expansion was a key factor in the Martin County, Florida County Commission’s decision to hire him to advance the county’s battle against the All Aboard Florida rail passenger line. Mr. Ryan already represents the town of Jupiter Island and the opposition group Citizens Against Rail Expansion (CARE FL) in their fights against the rail line, and previously helped a Rochester, MN coalition opposed to a massive freight rail line expansion.
