Overview
Stephen Ryan was retained by the Martin County, Florida commissioners to help the county fight against the All Aboard Florida rail project. Mr. Ryan and McDermott also represent Citizens Against Rail Expansion in Florida, in their battle against the private rail company’s express passenger trains.
