Debra Harrison commented on Massachusetts’ expanding solar program, saying, “Whenever you try to finance something, you have to have a revenue stream that is going to be a credible source of revenue.” She added, “In these Massachusetts solar deals, the SREC revenue is a significant portion, and the fact that it has this floor, based on the auction price, it’s giving financiers some comfort.”
