Robert Cordy has retired from Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to rejoin McDermott’s Boston office. Mr. Cordy, who said he is “totally excited” to get back to private practice, will focus his litigation work on white collar criminal defense, complex civil litigation, public-private development projects and international rule of law issues.
