Massachusetts DOR Releases Draft Regs on Repatriated Income

Richard Call said that proposed Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR) guidance “is essentially treating amounts from IRC section 965 as dividends for the dividends received deduction and receipts factor in the technical information release, but not for purposes of the manufacturing classification addressed in the emergency regulation.”
