Mayors Group Wins $8M from Retirement Plan Administrator

Margaret Warner, who with Michael Nadel, Erika Pont and Jennifer Routh secured an $8 million jury verdict for the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) over a retirement plan administrator, said McDermott was “honored” to have represented USCM in the first litigation it had ever filed and said the verdict would “allow it to remain focused on the important work it undertakes for the betterment of cities and city employees.”
