Overview
Paul Helms, formerly senior counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, joined the Chicago office as partner and will represent financial institutions, investment firms and other corporate and individual clients in securities matters. Mr. Helms said that the Firm’s securities lawyers “really get how to handle SEC actions and it was very important to me to come to a place that understands how to handle a very specialized area … It was a great place to head.”
