Overview
Ian Schwartz, new partner in the Firm’s New York corporate and transactional practice group, will be head of McDermott’s investment funds practice with a focus on fund formation and a particular emphasis on the formation of private equity funds. Mr. Schwartz also has experience advising funds and their investment advisers on the legal and regulatory compliance aspects of fund formation.
