Frankfurt (January 24, 2017) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has appointed Markus Hill as partner in its US & International Tax Practice Group in Frankfurt.
Mr. Hill joins from King & Wood Mallesons where he was a partner.
Mr. Hill is a certified tax adviser (Steuerberater) and has extensive experience in transactional matters with a particular focus on buyouts and tax-efficient structuring.
