McDermott’s promotion of 19 to the partnership as of January 2018 included three in Europe: Simon Gibb (private client, London), Philipp Grenzebach (corporate, Duesseldorf) and Nina Siewert (tax, Frankfurt). Overall,58% of the new partners are women, an increase on 2016 when 47% of the firm’s promotions round were female.
