Overview
PARIS (30 November 2017) – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Abénex, the leading private equity group, on its acquisition of a minority stake in Premista Group. Premista specializes in the intermediation of banking transactions and payment services. The leveraged buy-out will facilitate the Premista Group in its ongoing development.
The transaction was financed with both bank indebtedness and equity funds provided by Abénex.
The McDermott Will & Emery team advising Abénex was led by partners Grégoire Andrieux and Diana Hund. They were supported by associates Marie-Muriel Barthelet and Claire Barra on corporate aspects of the deal, as well as Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly, Partner, and Benjamin Briand, associate, on the financing aspects with Jilali Maazouz, Partner, associates Ludovic Berges and Audrey Auzanneau advising on labor law aspects.
