McDermott Will & Emery advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (Berenberg) as Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner on the €218 million sale by the German investor KPS Stiftung of its shareholdings in CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA (CTS Eventim).
CTS Eventim is a leading international provider in the fields of ticketing and live entertainment.
McDermott represented Berenberg in the 2017 sale of shares by KPS Stiftung in CTS Eventim via an accelerated bookbuild transaction.
McDermott regularly advises Berenberg Bank on capital market transactions, most recently on a capital increase of VARTA AG.
