Düsseldorf, December 9, 2020 – McDermott Will & Emery advised DIC Asset AG on the sale of the “Wilhelminenhaus” in Darmstadt, Germany. The building is part of an initial portfolio of four properties with which DIC Asset AG has launched a new special AIF.
The new special AIF is aimed at national institutional investors and is managed by DIC through its subsidiary GEG German Estate Group AG. By volume, the fund is the largest investment vehicle in the history of DIC Asset to date. The fund’s investment focus is on core office properties with long-term leases and first-class tenants. The mid-term target volume amounts to approx. €1.6 billion.
DIC Asset AG is present at seven locations in all major German regions and manages 189 properties with a market value of around €8.7 billion.
