Munich, February 23, 2017 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised Mr. Ralf Meister and Mr. Christian Götz, the founders and CEO and COO of F24 AG, in the sale of their shares in F24 AG to the family office Armira. F24, a worldwide leader in the communication and software industry, is a service provider for highly secure alerting and crisis management solutions.
