PARIS (21st September 2017) – Atlas for Men, a brand specialized in men’s outdoor clothing, and majority-owned by Activa Capital has refinanced its debt through an extended banking pool. Such refinancing follows the strong growth of the company and has permitted the reimbursement of the mezzanine debt and part of its bond debt under the form of convertible shares.
