McDermott Will & Emery advised Advanced Life Solutions, a company specializing in organ preservation for transplantation, on its Series A financing round with two family-owned holding companies, Pharmanet and Cantrak.
The proceeds of the fundraising will be used to finance the company’s CE Mark and FDA approval of its most advanced product, Perla®.
