McDermott Will & Emery advised Ardian in its acquisition of a minority equity interest in S&H (Des Systèmes et des Hommes).

S&H is a Digital Services Company (ESN) specializing in consulting in the digital transformation of HR and Finance functions. Its 250 consultants work with key accounts and MSBs (mid-sized businesses) on strategic projects with an international dimension, focusing on information systems such as: development strategy, choice assistance, integration, Business Intelligence, Data Management, change support and management.
