Frankfurt, December 5, 2022: McDermott represented a fund advised by Bright Capital, in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a facilities agreement entered into between, inter alios, Arsipa GmbH as original borrower and original guarantor, Bright Capital Credit Fund III SCSp and a Co-Investor each as original lender.
Arsipa GmbH follows a buy and build strategy and focuses on targets specializing in the fields of labour safety, labour medicine and environmental protection.
