Frankfurt am Main, August 18, 2022 – McDermott Will & Emery advised a fund led by BRIGHT Capital on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a credit financing agreement for Arsipa GmbH as borrower. The lenders are Bright Capital Credit Fund III SCSp and another co-financier.
Arsipa GmbH follows a buy and build strategy and focuses on targets specializing in the fields of labour safety, labour medicine and environmental protection.
McDermott regularly advises Bright Capital on unitranche financings, most recently on a facilities agreement for green modular laundry Textilservice GmbH.
