Frankfurt a.M., July 6, 2020 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised German mid-market financier Bright Capital on the granting of a credit facility to SOPRONEM Greven GmbH, a portfolio company of Quantum Capital Partners.
SOPRONEM Greven GmbH is a major manufacturer of care and cleaning products, specialising in white label products. The company is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of detergent and cleaning agents, with a highly automated and flexible plant at its Greven site employing more than 160 people.
McDermott regularly assists Bright Capital with financing, most recently with a credit line to finance the acquisition of 19 optician shops in Germany by Beyond Capital.
