McDermott Advises Constantin Medien on Delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

McDermott Will & Emery advised Constantin Medien AG on its delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In this context, the McDermott team led by partners Simon Weiß and Philipp Grenzebach advised the Management Board and Supervisory Board in publishing a joint statement on the delisting offer by the majority shareholder Highlight Communications AG.

McDermott also advised the Company comprehensively on the structuring of the delisting process, the negotiation of a delisting agreement with Highlight Communications AG, the revocation proceedings with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as well as all other corporate, capital market law, antitrust and tax law issues in connection with the delisting acquisition offer.

Constantin Medien AG is an internationally operating media company based in Ismaning near Munich.
