Philipp Grenzebach and Simon Weiß led a team of Düsseldorf and Frankfurt corporate and antitrust lawyers that counseled the management and supervisory boards of Constantin Medien AG on a €64.5 million refinancing operation. The team included Christian Krohs, Jan Baale, Marianne Turm, Tobias Riemenschneider and Isabelle Suzanne Mueller.
