McDermott advises DBV Technologies on its $143 million capital increase

McDermott Will & Emery assisted DBV Technologies in its $143 million capital increase through an offer in the United States of common shares in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADS) and a private placement in Europe of common shares.

The common shares are listed for trading on the Euronext Paris and the ADSs are listed for trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. This fundraising is part of the financing of the preparation for the commercialization of Viaskin®Peanut and the development of its other product candidates.

McDermott Will & Emery acted along with DBV Technologies with a team led by Emmanuelle Trombe and Bertrand Delafaye, Partners, including Laetitia de Dinechin, Mathilde Peschard, Stephan de Groër and Adrien Keignart as well as, on tax issues, by Antoine Vergnat (partner) and Côme de Saint-Vincent. DBA Associés also worked along with DBV Technologies.

Gide Loyrette Nouel A.A.R.P.I. acted along with the banking syndicate with a team led by Arnaud Duhamel, partner, including Guilhem Richard, counsel, Aude-Laurène Dourdain, Mariléna Gryparis and Lou Recht.
