Frankfurt, 16 December 2019 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG on the acquisition of the “Roomers” hotel in Frankfurt.
Roomers in Frankfurt’s Gutleutstraße, which is leased on a long-term basis, comprises around 5,400 sqm and 116 rooms. The building, which was completely renovated in 2009, is one of the best-known design hotels in Germany.
DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG holds commercial real estate in ABBA locations throughout Germany. The company has a portfolio with over 1.1 million sqm of lettable space and a market value of around EUR 1.5 billion.
