Carsten Böhm led a team from the Munich, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf offices that advised ERNST & CIE (an investor in middle-market industrial companies) on the acquisition of Mölle Group, a leading packaging industry supplier. Other team members included Germar Enders and Karin Holloch (corporate) and Nina Siewert (tax).
