Overview
McDermott Will & Emery in Paris advised Eurazeo PME on its entry into exclusive negotiations with the FCDE (Fonds de Consolidation et de Développement des Entreprises) and the CCFA (Comité des Constructeurs Français Automobiles) to acquire a majority stake in the UTAC CERAM group.
The transaction would allow Eurazeo PME to hold the majority of the capital along with the current shareholders: FCDE, CCFA, directors and key executives of the Group.
The common ambition of Eurazeo PME, the FCDE and the management team is to accelerate the company’s growth in Europe and globally and to support the Group’s development.
