Munich, November 9, 2020 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised the founders of 089 Immobilienmanagement GmbH, Georg Angermeier and Gunter Maisch, on the sale of all shares to GMGT Acquisition GmbH, a company of the Köberl Group, in which the investment company Gimv has a stake.
089 Immobilenmanagement GmbH is a provider of building services with offices in Munich and Augsburg.
Gimv, stock-listed at the Brussels Euronext, is a European investment company managing a portfolio of more than 50 investments, a combined turnover of over €2.5 billion and around 14,000 staff.
The McDermott team was led by Dr. Nikolaus von Jacobs and included Dr. Philipp Schäuble, Nina Siewert, Marcus Fischer, Robert Feind and Franziska Leubner.
