Nikolaus von Jacobs and Germar Enders led the six-office McDermott team that advised private equity firm Gimv and other shareholders on their sale of Germany’s Mackevision Group, a leader in computer-generated imagery, to Accenture. Team partners included Markus Hill, Paul Melot de Beauregard, Daniel von Brevern, Sabine Konrad, Arne Fuchs, Mark Davis, Sam Wales, Maureen O’Brien and Paul Kim.
