Frankfurt, December 21, 2020 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Imfarr Beteiligungs GmbH on a joint acquisition of the “Nestlé Campus”, in Frankfurt, Germany, together with SN Beteiligungen Holding AG.
The 40,000 sqm corporate campus of Nestlé Germany at Lyoner Strasse 23 in Frankfurt Niederrad comprises an office building, a canteen, a garage and a daycare center plus around 8,000 sqm for further development. In the long term, Imfarr and SN Beteiligungen are planning to refurbish the office building and create new residential units.
Imfarr Beteiligungs GmbH is a family-owned company, founded in 2007 in Vienna, which specializes in real estate development and real estate investments in Austrian and German cities such as Vienna, Leipzig, Frankfurt and Munich.
Only recently, McDermott advised Imfarr on the acquisition of the Frankfurt “Silver Tower”; Swiss-based SN Beteiligungen Holding AG acted as co-investor also in this transaction.
