Frankfurt, December 17, 2019 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised IntegraCare GmbH on the sale of its shares in i-meds GmbH to a consortium comprising CareMeds Limited and Fini Holding GmbH.
i-meds – Innovative Medication Delivery Solutions, specialises in providing innovative solutions that resolve a plethora of issues relating to the pharmaceutical, medical and the out-patient sectors. i-meds delivers solutions and tools to support doctors, home and nursing services and pharmacists for in and out patient care.
The international McDermott team was led by Michael Cziesla and Isabelle Müller and included healthcare / M&A experts from Germany, France and the UK such as Diana Hund, Linda Zeman, Daniel von Brevern and associate Tobias Riemenschneider.
