McDermott Advises Morning Coworking in its Association with Nexity

Overview

McDermott Will & Emery advised Morning Coworking (BAP Group) in connection with its association with Nexity.

Nexity and Morning Coworking (BAP Group) announced their development of closer ties to strengthen and develop their place in the co-working market. Profitable since its creation, Morning Coworking hopes to accelerate its growth in ÎIe-de-France: forging a partnership with Nexity, the first platform in real estate services, will allow Morning Coworking to expand its deployment to maintain leadership in a high growth, but very competitive, market.

Strong from two prior fund raisings for a total of 3 million euros, one of which with the CDC, Morning Coworking has doubled its turnover each year since its founding passing from 4.5 million euros in 2016 to 17 million in 2018,

Morning Coworking now totals 20 spaces housing more than 540 companies and 5,200 coworkers on approximately 60,000 m2. In 2022, Morning Coworking aims to host more than 25,000 coworkers on 200,000 m2, a challenge that the Nexity Group is ready to take.

McDermott Will & Emery advised Morning Coworking with a team including corporate partner Fabrice Piollet and associate Maxime Fradet on the corporate aspects.
