McDermott Advises on the Partnership Between Servier and Intarcia

Emmanuelle Trombe, Anthony Paronneau and Antoine Vergnat of McDermott’s Paris office advised Servier in connection with its strategic partnership with Intarcia Therapeutics. The transaction is one of the largest biotechnology partnership agreements outside the United States.
