Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised the sellers of the Lässig Group on the sale of all shares in Lässig Holding GmbH to the private equity company Arcus Capital AG. The sale also affects the Lässig subsidiaries, including the international subsidiaries in China and the USA.
The Lässig Group designs, produces and sells high-quality baby and children’s products and related articles for parents from environmentally friendly materials and sustainable production.
McDermott advised on both the sale of the group and the subsequent participation of the sellers in the acquiring company.
The team consisted of Frankfurt partner Clemens Just as well as Norman Wasse, Oliver Hahnelt, Nikolas Koutsós, Maximilian Clostermeyer, Daniel von Brevern, Steffen Woitz, Claus Färber and Christian Rolf. It also comprised the associates Isabelle Suzanne Müller, Max Küttner and Franziska Leubner.
