McDermott Advises Ubble in a New Fundraising and Conducts its First E-Closing of the Confinement Period

McDermott Will & Emery advised Ubble on the issuance of bonds convertible into shares subscribed to by Partech Partners (already present in the company’s financing round) and by new investor Breega Capital.

Ubble is a SaaS software publisher, expert in highly secure online identity verification and artificial intelligence technologies. Ubble guarantees trust and fights against internet fraud, allowing companies to verify user identity in a simple, reliable, secure and privacy-friendly way.

The negotiation and conclusion of the transaction took place entirely in a virtual manner. The closing took place on March 20, 2020, near the start of the containment period. The contractual and corporate documentation was signed in full via an electronic signature platform.
