McDermott and Wragge Advised on the Agreement between Innate Pharma and Astrazeneca

Emmanuelle Trombe and Anthony Paronneau in Paris led the McDermott Franco-American team that advised pharmaceutical company Innate Pharma on a co-development and marketing agreement with Astrazeneca and its MedImmune biological research unit to accelerate and expand the development of Innate Pharma’s anti-NKG2A antibody.
