McDermott and WSGR Advise on the Agreement Between Servier and Taiho for a Cancer Treatment

Emmanuelle Trombe and Nicholas Lafont advised French pharmaceutical company Servier on its exclusive license agreement with Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Japan to develop and market TAS-102 (an anti-cancer drug administered orally) in Europe and in other countries.
