Overview
PARIS (21st September 2017) – MCA Groupe, the holding company of the group MCA, which specializes in engineering and consulting services in advanced technologies, has completed its first LBO (leveraged buy-out) transaction, under which the managers have acquired a majority stake in the equity of the company alongside the management company Capzanine. Capzanine will be a minority shareholder.
