Düsseldorf, October 11, 2016 – The international law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised Bilfinger Venture Capital GmbH on the sale of its share in Klaren International BV, an upcoming technology company, located in the Netherlands and specialized in the development and marketing of self-cleaning heat exchangers for industrial applications, to the management of Bilfinger Venture Capital GmbH.
The McDermott-Team of Dr. Nikolaus von Jacobs already advised Bilfinger Venture Capital GmbH on its initial investment in Klaren International BV. With regard to the Dutch aspects of the transaction, McDermott worked again together with the Dutch law firm Van Doorne. From Bilfinger’s side the transaction was coordinated by Andreas Lamping and Peter Ratz (both Corporate Legal).
